The dispensing and application head for a capillary product comprises a body (11) which is mounted on a reservoir (2) fitted with a pump or valve. A part (22) movable relative to the body has an activating surface (21) which on being pressed pivots around a pivoting axis (23) and causes activation of the pump. This movable part also includes an applicator (35) which is put into communication with the reservoir during pump activation to receive a product dose to apply on the surface. The body has stops (28,29) for preventing any movement of the movable part other than around its pivoting axis.
