PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of reducing curling generated in the recording paper accompanied with fixing the toner image and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A conveyance auxiliary follower roller 203 and a conveyance auxiliary drive roller 204 are arranged in the recording paper conveyance direction downstream side of a nip part N, and an auxiliary nip part N1 for nipping an already-toner-fixed recording paper P delivered from a nip part N between the outer peripheral surface of the conveyance auxiliary follower roller 203 and the outer peripheral surface of the conveyance auxiliary drive roller 204 is formed. An exit guide member 205 for guiding the already-toner-fixed recording paper P delivered from the auxiliary nip part N1 is arranged on the recording paper conveyance direction downstream side of the auxiliary nip part N1 so that the toner fixing surface is bent in a concave surface state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
