Device incorporates differentiating measurement converter and electrical filter. Number of zeros of transfer function of filter is one unit less than number of its poles and number of poles amounts to two as minimum. Each pole has negative effective part. Transfer function of filter has zeros at origin of coordinates. High-quality zeroes of transfer function are characterized by frequencies equal to frequencies of noise signals converted together with measured value and effective parts of these zeroes are negative. Transfer function of filter has two equal effective poles and negative effective zero which modulus is twice as much as modulus of pole. EFFECT: decreased amplitude and phase errors and increased accuracy of measurement of variable in the end. 3 cl, 5 dwg
