The basic frame of the medallion is made of metal and the label which will incorporate the picture is made of PVC and is stuck to the frame using a permanent adhesive. The picture is applied to the label by offset printing and is protected by a transparent, elastic, scratch-resistant layer that includes a UV-hardening coating.
