The invention relates to an arrangement for a vehicle (1) which incorporates a framework which itself incorporates not only a front pair of wheels (2', 2") with a braking configuration (5) for each wheel but also a rear pair of wheels (4', 4") with a braking configuration (5) for each wheel. The tractor vehicle (1) is designed to haul a trailer by means of a towing device.
