The appliance incorporates a spray lance, passing through a bearing bush (11) into a parking chamber. The bush is fastened to a wall (12) next to the chamber (9) via a flange (28). When removed, it frees an opening (29), through which the spray head (4) of the lance moves axially from parking to ready position. In this position, the spray head is located outside of reaction container and parking chamber. The chamber is located in a pressure cylinder (25), with a base forming the wall for the bush mounting.
