Corrosion resistant ferritic light steel consists of (in wt.%): up to 0.017 C, up to 0.5 Si, up to 0.5 Mn, 6-8 Cr, 6-8 Al, up to 2.5 Mo, up to 0.5 V, up to 2.5 Ti and/or Nb, and a balance of iron.
