The screen comprises a fixed side part (1) and at least one sliding leaf (2), both being suspended from a guide rail (50). The sliding leaf is attached to a suspension member (52) which is fixed to a glass panel on the screen inner side, so that it can move on the rail. The fixed part is fastened to a suspension member (57) which can be fixed on the outside of the shower screen by a device which can be attached to the guide rail. The sliding movement of the sliding leaf can be achieved by support rollers (10,11) which are fitted into guiding grooves (30,31) which are provided to the upper and lower sides of the guide rail. The rollers are rotatably mounted on a bracket (51) which is part of the suspension member.
