FIELD: food-production industry. SUBSTANCE: biologically-active additive to food-stuffs additionally contains schizandra-methyl esters of polyoxyphenols, eleoterozids A, B, C, D, E or their mixtures, mixture of aralozides or saporal. Relative proportioning of soluble food fibres, schizandra-methyl esters of polyoxyphenols, eleuterozides A, B, C, D, E or their mixtures, mixture of aralozides or saporal is as follows: (2-31):(0.004-0.16): (0.009-0.3):(0.003-0.15). Biologically-active additive can be used in production of soft drinks, light-alcoholic drinks, sauces, semi-finished products for bakery items, marmalade, etc. Biologically-active additive possesses vitaminazing, antidepressant, tonic, antioxidant, antiinflammatory, immunocorrecting, and general health-strengthening characteristics enhancing physical and mental abilities, and bringing favorable effect on gastrointertestinal tract due to optimal selection of components proceeding from synergy action of components.
