VOICE MESSAGE SYSTEM AND VOICE MESSAGE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice message system which reproduces a voice message for every group or based on its priority. SOLUTION: This voice message system 10 has a memory which stores plural pieces of call related information that are associated with any group among plural groups, a call related information receiver 12 which receives call related information that is related to an incoming call and a processor which compares received call related information with an entry of respective call related information registered in the memory, associates one group among plural groups with a voice message and orders the reproduction of voice messages based on plural groups. A reproduction order is a temporal order of voice messages in any group among plural groups and messages of the same group are collectively reproduced.
