The fixing process involved making recesses in the form of grooves (e.g. 60, 62) in each component in the contact surface region, positioning the components so that the recesses overlap to form a cavity partly in each part, and introducing a hardening mass (68) into the cavity through an input channel to connected one recess to a different surface of the other component, filling the cavity with the mass and letting it set.
