PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent entry of water into the housing while suppressing manufacturing cost by manufacturing the ventilating hole of the housing for the ignition distributor by molding and by making the ventilating hole a labyrinth structure availing the cap. SOLUTION: This ignition coil integral type distributor has a shaft 3 in the horizontal direction on which a signal rotor 4 opposing to an electromagnetic pick up 5 is mounted. Accordingly, the distributor main body comprising a housing 1 and a cap 2 is also installed horizontally relative to the engine. A ventilation hole 26 is provided in this distributor main body, and air in the distributor main body is exhausted through the ventilation hole 26 by rotation of a ventilation fin 25 at a rotor head 7. The ventilation hole 26 is formed by a ventilation hole 10 installed on the housing 1 in the perpendicular direction to the shaft 3, a plane 9 disposed at the end portion, and a hole 8 with the both ends thereof disposed at the end portion of the plane 9 communicating to outside. An external wall 11 of the hole 8 is so constructed to go around the exterior of the cap 2, preventing water entry from the ventilation hole 26.
