PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary circuit unit of a fuel pump that prevents various kinds of malfunction when it is disposed around the pump. SOLUTION: An auxiliary unit is disposed in the vicinity of a fuel pump and accommodates a circuit substrate for controlling to drive the fuel pump within a case 7. A substrate 5 is disposed within the case which is filled with resin. A through hole 5a for resin insertion is formed in a predetermined position of the circuit substrate. A connection terminal connected to the substrate through the case is formed by piercing through a grommet interposed between the case 7 and the terminal. Associated parts mounted on the circuit substrate 5 are arranged at positions where either high or low stress is expected to be applied in accordance with the importance.
