PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a garden on the roof floor of a parking space to effectively use a site and further arrange a main entrance at the rear side of a building and connect a road and the main entrance by a gentle slope, in a relatively narrow residence having a level difference in the site. SOLUTION: In a residence having a level difference so as to become gradually high from the foreward side to the rearward side in the site, a parking space 4 is arranged to face the foreward road 5 of the lower side, at the one stage lower position from the first floor face. The roof of the parking space 4 is formed to be flush with the floor face of the first floor to use as a deck 9. A slope 3 is arranged to communicate with the main entrance 7 of the rear side of the site, at the side of the parking space 4.
