PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the decorative design property of an exterior wall face by directly sticking new outer wall panels to the first floor portion and second floor portion of an existing outer wall, fitting a decorative girth astride the surfaces of the outer wall panels, and closing a joint section between the upper and lower outer wall panels. SOLUTION: An adhesive is applied to the surface of an existing outer wall panel 1, outer wall panels 10 are stuck to the existing outer wall panel 1, and the new outer wall panels 10 are executed at a first floor portion and a second floor portion of an existing outer wall 2 across an outer wall water drip material 8 which is a joint section. A watertight sheet 15 is stuck astride the surfaces of the outer wall panels 10. A decorative girth 20 is stuck astride the surfaces of the upper and lower outer wall panels 10, and the joint section between the upper and lower outer wall panels 10 is closed by the decorative girth 20. The joint section having an inferior external appearance is not exposed to the outside, the external appearance of an exterior wall face is improved, and a decorative design property can be improved.
