PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good water cutting-off property by attaching a concrete spacer block where a reinforcement is projected downward from the bottom face to the lower edge of a PC board, and placing concrete integrally with the reinforcement projected from the bottom face of the spacer block. SOLUTION: In a method of building a portion connecting the lower edge of a PC board 1 and the upper end of a standing concrete wall, a concrete spacer block 2 is attached to the lower edge of the PC board 1. And this spacer block 2 is a concrete block having a length equal to the length of the lower edge of the PC board 1, and a slope is formed toward the reverse by projecting a reinforcement 3 downward from the bottom face. In addition, the concrete spacer block 2 is attached to the lower edge of the PC board 1, and a cast-in- place wall is formed by placing concrete 4, with the reinforcement 3 projected from the bottom face of the spacer block 2 integrated. Therefore, a good water cutting-off property can be obtained by forming correct horizontal joints.
