PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the clogging of a drain port and smooth the draining by arranging a high-concentration water drain port and a low-concentration water drain port on a sink. SOLUTION: A low-concentration water drain port 2 is arranged in the lower surface center part of a stainless-made sink, and a high-concentration water drain port 3 is arranged on the end part of the sink 1. A faucet 4 is set above the sink 1, and a cooking table 5 is provided continuously to the end part of the sink. A liquid having high turbidity such as washing water of rice, residue of miso soup, primary washing water of dishes, residue of a hot pot, a liquid containing solid matter, a fluidized matter, or high-concentration water is put to the high-concentration drain port 3. On the other hand, low-concentration water such as washing water of vegetables and fruits, secondary washing water of dishes or the like is put to the low-concentration water drain port 2. A basket 8 having a fine mesh is arranged in the inflow port of the high-concentration water drain port 3, or a filter paper is attached thereto to filter impurities of miso soup or soup through the basket or filter paper, and the liquid minimized in impurity after filtration is discharged.
