The composition (A) comprises a solution of an organophosphonium salt, aminosilane, and the reaction product of a secondary amine and hydroxylated epoxidized polybutadiene-1,2 in a polar solvent for adhering non-fluorinated thermoplastic (T) to non-fluorinated elastomer (E). Independent claims are also included for: (1) composite article comprising at least one part of T and at least one part of E, with the parts joined to each other by means of an intermediate layer of (A); (2) process of preparing the composite article by: (i) forming first layer of T or E; (ii) applying (A) onto the layer; (iii) forming an intermediate layer of adhesion agent by evaporating solvent; (iv) forming a second layer of T or E, different from the first layer; (v) bringing it into contact with the intermediate layer; and (vi) vulcanizing the composite article; and (3) fluid transfer pipe, especially for car industry, comprising at least one layer of T and at least one layer of E, joined together by means of an intermediate layer of (A).
