PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING GOURD BEAN-CURD

摘要

PURPOSE: Gourd bean-curd is manufactured with guard component and soybean component by mixing bean juice in manufacturing bean curd with squeezing from gourd containing unsaturated component. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing gourd bean-curd consisted of manufacturing second mixture by mixing with crushing gourd in bean shatter, decocting and extracting second mixture separated by dehydrating the second mixture, compressing second mixture juice after fixed time with giving salt water in decocted and extracted second mixture juice.
