PURPOSE: A signal processing circuit is provided to be able for a viewer to watch the digital image signals using a digital image display and to be used as a monitor of the XGA grade. CONSTITUTION: The signal processing apparatus in formed by; an image output resource(20) for outputting the received NTSC style image signals and ATSC style image signals by 1280x720, or for outputting the image signals of a personal computer by 1200x768; and a central processing unit(21) for controlling of the operation of a digital image display according to the manipulation of a user, and to control the NTSC style image signals and ATSC style image signals to be output by 1280x720 and the personal computer to be output by 1200x768.
