PURPOSE: A pen input device for a portable terminal is provided to be easy to carry and possible to take a memo a voice of a high voice quality by connecting a micro phone to the pen input device. CONSTITUTION: The pen input device for a portable terminal comprises: a body part configured to have a stick column shape; a contact part formed at one end of the body part and contacted to a screen of a portable terminal; and a radio micro phone formed at the other end of the contact part of the body part, for inputting a voice, wherein the radio micro phone uses an infrared ray.
