PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record and deliver the speech information of a transmission person to a recording medium, such as compact disk(CD), recordable compact disk(CD- R) or MD and to deliver the speech information with communication circuits while receiving and storing the speech information through the wired or radio communication circuits and executing edition, such as deletion of the unnecessary information such as noises included in the speech information and addition and correction of the information meeting the feeling expression desired by the transmission person. SOLUTION: This speech transmission method has a reception means 20 for receiving speech information by utilizing the communication circuit 1, a memory means 30 for storing the speech information received by this reception means and an editing and recording means 40 for editing the speech information stored by this memory means and recording the information to the distributable recording medium 50, such as a compact disk, records the speech information received by the reception means described above by the editing and recording means and uses the recording medium 50 for transmitting the speech information by distributing the recording medium.
