PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a characteristic and to improve yield without the increase of man-hour and cost in redesign even if the relative ratio of capacity is shifted from a design value owing to parasitic capacity and the influence of the dispersion of processes in the AD converter of a capacity successive conversion-type. SOLUTION: A control part 12 correcting capacity is added to an AD converter 1. The characteristic of the AD converter 1 is evaluated and correction quantity is calculated. The analog switch of a selection connection circuit 19 between the capacity of an increase correction capacity group 18 and the AD converter 1 is controlled by the control register 20 of the control part 12 based on the correction value. Any capacity in the increase correction capacity group 18 is selectively connected to any capacity in a conversion capacity group 15.
