PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication terminal equipment having a security receiving and recording function not to record received image data while the staff is absent, for example. SOLUTION: A RAM 7 is previously inputted of a security reception mode, a recording permitted time zone and a password for every day of the week and stored as a security reception table 7a. When image data are received and it is not a working day or out of the recording permitted time zone although it is a working day, a main control part 1 controls so that the received image data are not recorded in an image recording part 3. In order to record the received image data after storing these image data in an image memory 8 without recording them, the password is inputted while using the ten key of an operating part 5 and only when it is coincident with the password described in the security reception table 8a, these image data are recorded in the image recording part 3.
