PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep electrical conductivity on the connecting surface of a metallic material, in a connecting structure of a conductive meterial plate by a seal bolt. SOLUTION: A connector (made of aluminum) 31 of a shield cable having a hole 32, through which a seal bolt 10 is to be inserted and a connector connecting part (made of aluminum) 21 having an internal threaded hole 22 to which the bolt 10 is to be screwed are connected to each other by the seal bolt 10, in which a sealing meterial is filled in the screw root of the bolt 10. A sealing material storing groove 24 having a large diameter is formed on the opening part of the internal threaded hole 22, and the capacity of the sealing material storing groove 24 is set to such the capacity as to sufficiently house (store) sealing material overflowing from the internal threaded hole 22, when the seal bolt 10 is screwed to the internal threaded hole 22.
