PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably install a grommet between a wire harness and a car body panel by arranging the cutout part for allowing displacement of the male type joining part at deforming time of a rigid member on the tip outside surface of the male type joining part of the rigid member. SOLUTION: When inserting a grommet into a panel hole, positions of opposed two cutouts 29 of a rigid member 12 are mutually pressurized in the inward direction by pressing force F. Thus, the rigid member 12 is deflected in the sleeve part, the male type joining part 26 is displaced in the width direction in the female type joining part, and is deformed in a flat ring shape. Thus, since the rigid member 12 can be flattened together with an elastic member, the grommet can be moved to the engine room side from the cabin side by passing through into the panel hole by maintaining this state. When the pressing force F is released after passing, both the elastic member and the rigid member 12 return to an annular ring shape by restoring force, and when the locking arm part 20 is penetratingly locked on the panel hole, installation of the grommet is completed.
