PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an impact crusher to easily perform the replacement work of an impact plate only by an ordinary lifting device. SOLUTION: This rotor is provided with a holder 6 which is fixed to one side part of a fitting groove of each line, has the length equal to that of an impact plate 4 and can be engaged with a projected line 2 on the one side face of the impact plate, an inclined surface 8 formed in the other side part of each fitting groove, inclined to the direction the same as the longitudinal direction, a connecting bar 10 having the length equal to that of the impact plate and movably fitted to the other side part of the fitting groove of each line, a holding frame 11 fixed to each connecting bar on one side of the rotor plate and having a recessed groove which can be engaged with the projected line on the other face of the impact plate and a wedge-shaped inserting part 11b which can be inserted between the impact plate and the inclined surface and a lock means 15 for locking the movement in the longitudinal direction of the connecting bar in the state that the inserting part is inserted between the impact surface and the inclined surface.
