PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform a carrier start of a long size sheet without deteriorating carrier efficiency by suppressing carrier speed of a carrier part located closest to an insertion side of carrier parts and gradually increasing carrier speed in other carrier parts toward a carrier direction. SOLUTION: A first carrier part 8a, a second carrier part 8b,... are provided in order from an insertion side along a carrier path of a long size sheet 5 wound on a paper pipe roller 6. Each carrier part is constituted of a driving roller 9 and a driven roller 10 and is constituted by mounting a roller 12 on each rotary shaft 11. The driving roller 9 is provided with a pulley 14 at one end part of the rotary shaft 11 via a one-clutch 13 and power is transmitted from a motor 15 via an endless belt 19. By making the dimension of an outside diameter of a second pulley 18 larger than that of a first pulley 17 mounted on a drive shaft 16 of a motor 15, rotating speed of the driving roller 9 on the downstream side of a carrier direction can be increased more than the upstream side.
