PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant steel covering body covering the circumference of a steel frame and having excellent construction property and resistance against fire. SOLUTION: This fire-resistant steel covering body is made by covering the circumference of a steel frame 1 by a combination of one kind or more selected from among a unit member having an L-shaped cross section, a unit member having a one-end opened square cross section, and a unit member like a flat plate. In this case, it consists of a laminated body in which a steel frame 1 side of the unit members 3a, 3b is a thermal insulation inflating material layer B and an outer peripheral side thereof is a non-combustible material layer A.
