PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make packing material of synthetic resin used for transporting boiling water reactor fuel bodies capable of sufficiently protecting fuel elements from vibration during transportation and easily and quickly packing and unpacking and improve anti-failure strength. SOLUTION: In the gap between fuel elements, a plurality of resin corrugated plates 21 and 31 constituted of angle shape resin frame 11 with L-shape corners are inserted and fitted from outside. This angle shape resin frame 11 is constituted of a first resin frame 12a placed in parallel in self-standing state crossing perpendicularly via joints 22 and 32 on the inner surface where the outer base ends of these resin corrugated plates 21 and 31 are freely touching the outer side surface and a second resin frame plate 12b connected perpendicularly from the end edge and having an inner surface capable of freely touching the neighboring outer side surface.
