CUSHION MATERIAL USING FIBER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A cushion material and its production method are provided to simplify the constitution of a machine producing the cushion material, and to mass-produce. CONSTITUTION: The production device has: a first, a second, and a third drums(11, 12, 13) having spirally rolled saw tooth, continuously arranged in a tangential direction of an upper and a lower drums(10) spirally rolled a saw tooth(10a); many assist drums(14) released a fiber equipped by spirally rolling the saw tooth between the first and the second drums; the interval and the pitch of the saw tooth of the second and the third drums uniformly maintained to become the releasing fiber in a grain of a regular size; the rotating rate of the second and the third drums composed to differ each other; a cushion material(18) having the elasticity by a momentary welding become by heating the grain formed by the second and the third drums.
