SOLUTION: In the front of a building 2, the entrance 4 and the indoor parking garage 5 are arranged facing the front road B respectively, and in the rear of the indoor parking garage 5 and adjacent to this garage 5, a kitchen 8 and a dining-room 10 are arranged. A communication door 4b is provided between the entrance 4 and the indoor parking garage 5 for communicating. A kitchen door 11 is provided between the kitchen 8 and the indoor parking garage 5 for communicating, and a detached room 13 is arranged behind the building 2, and a garden 3 is arranged in the center of the building 2 leaving a passage 12 connecting the dining room 10 to the detached room 13.
