PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping method for a sanitary room capable of facilitating the piping and maintenance inspection in the case of new building, extension, rebuilding, etc., realizing the reduction of a building cost and, at the same time, preventing the spoilage of good appearance of a sanitary room. SOLUTION: An opening 13a is formed in a boundary between a bath-room 1 and a lavatory dressing room 2 on a flooring 13 constituting a sanitary room, and feeding/discharge plumbing mains 6 and 7 are extended to an indoor side from the opening 13a. The opening 13a and plumbing mains 6 and 7 are concealed with a partition wall 15 fixed to the flooring 13, an interior walling 14 and a ceiling material and partitioned into the bath-room 1 and lavatory dressing room 2, and the plumbing mains 6 and 7 and plumbing branch pipe 19, etc., are piped upward of the flooring 13.
