PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower overall height of a machine body in an ultrasmall swing working machine having first boom, second boom, third boom, arm, working attachment and canopy roof mounted sideways of the base of revolver in a vertically rotatable manner. SOLUTION: A muffler or the lower part 101b of an exhaust pipe 101 is constituted of a flexible tube, and the muffler or the upper part 101t of the exhaust pipe is covered with a muffler cover or an exhaust pipe cover 112. The muffler or an opening section of the upper part 101t of the exhaust pipe 101 is directed downward, a groove 7c is provided to the circumference of an edge on the upper surface of a canopy roof 7, a protection wall 103 side is inclined downward, a slope is made to the canopy roof, an opening is made in a turning frame to load a protection member.
