PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance high frequency circuit element which is low loss, is excellent in withstand power property and also realizes even a steep skirt characteristic. SOLUTION: Plural, e.g. disk-shaped or elliptical 1st to 3rd strip conductors 2a to 2c are formed on the surface of a substrate 1 made of dielectric single crystal, etc. And, these 1st to 3rd strip conductors 2a to 2c are mutually connected through gap parts 5a and 5b. Also, a ground plane is formed on the entire back face of the substrate 1. 1st and 2nd connecting terminals 6a and 6b are connected with a 1st plane circuit resonator 4a from such directions where resonant modes 7a and 7b that belong to the 1st plane circuit resonator 4a and are polarized in two orthogonal directions are respectively excited.
