PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves gutter of which fixing part of a connection joint does not get out of the place even if snowfall weight on a roof acts on the upper face of the front lug of the eaves gutter. SOLUTION: In this eaves gutter 1, a front lug 14 having a groove 14a with a nearly C-shaped section opened to the inside of the eaves is provided at the upper end of the front side wall 12. A step 141 with which the fixing part of the upper end of the front side wall of a connection joint is engaged is formed in the longitudinal direction of the gutter, at the upper face of the front lug 14. And further, a chevron shaped cover piece 142 coating the upper part of the fixing part of the connection joint is provided over the whole length of the gutter, from the inner edge side of the upper face of the front lug 14 to the outdoor side.
