PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of noise, to improve the efficiency of heat- exchange, and to prevent lowering of capacity due to freezing. SOLUTION: This outdoor unit comprises a casing; an outdoor heat-exchanger 2 arranged in the casing; and a fan arranged in the casing and supplying air sucked through the outdoor heat-exchanger 2. The outdoor heat-exchanger 2 comprises a plane-form flat type heat-exchanger 11; and an L-type heat- exchanger 12 consisting of a plane-form flat type part 12a approximately in parallel to the flat type heat-exchanger 11, and a bent part 12b extending in a bent state from one end of the flat part 12a. A plurality of common fins 21 are arrayed at the flat type heat-exchanger 11 and the flat type part 12a of the L-type heat-exchanger 12 with a given distance therebetween, and a heat transfer pipe 14 of the flat type heat-exchanger 11 and the flat type part 12a of the L-type heat-exchanger 12 are extended through the common fins 21.
