PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a scroll fluid machine having a pressure chamber composed on both sides of an oscillating scroll. SOLUTION: This scroll fluid machine 3, which is provided with a first end plate member composed of an end plate and a spiral lap erected on one side of the end plate and a second end plate member also composed of the end plate and the spiral lap erected on one side of the end plate and formed so as to engage with the first end plate member, has an oscillating scroll 28 formed by sticking the first and the second end plate members together so as to make the lap stick outward and stationary scrolls 24, 27 formed by arranging and fixing the second and the first end plate of the scroll 28 so that the first and the second end plate members may respectively engage with each other.
