PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper for obtaining a highly minute printed matter of high printing quality. SOLUTION: A heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper is formed of a polyester film and a polyester non-woven cloth bonded together without being through a bonding agent, and polyester fibers constituting the polyester non-woven cloth are composed of polyester having 10-60 deg.C crystalline parameterΔTcg. The sensitivity at the time of processing is good and the shrinkage at the time of processing is small, and the carrying properties are superior to eliminate the deformation on a printer matter.
