PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device which agitates an aid agent such as molybdenum disulfide, which has deposited on an oil sump such as oil pan while the engine is stopped, at the time of restarting and returns into the oil. SOLUTION: A plurality of metal balls 34 put on an oil pan 11 are swung by vibration of an engine 2 or vibrations given when a car moves, which causes the molybdenum disulfide deposited on the bottom of the oil pan 11 to be agitated, fly within the pan 11, and return into the oil. The balls 34 are prevented from hopping out of the pan 11 by a metal net 35 installed on the pan 11. The noise emitted with swings of the balls 34 is absorbed by an inner lining 36 of oil-resistant rubber installed in such a way as covering the inner wall of the pan 11.
