PURPOSE: A malfunction alarm device of a lubricating system is provided to visually check the malfunction of an oil pressure and an oil filler through a bypass valve opening and a pressure sensor instead of an oil pressure gauge. CONSTITUTION: A malfunction alarm device comprises: an oil pump(2) to pump up and send the oil of an oil pan(1); an oil filter(5) to filter the foreign materials of the oil; a hydraulic sensor(4) to be equipped on an oil supply pipe(3) and to detect the outflow pressure of the oil pimp; an electric control unit(16) to output the signal when the oil pressure is under the standard value; a bypass valve(8) to supply the oil when the pressure gap of between the front and the rear of the filter is over the fixed value; an alarm lamp(15) to be lighted when there is the signal from the ECU or when a switch is contacted by opening the by-pass valve, wherein the by-pass valve comprises : a valve to open the passage by the oil pressure; a spring to support elastically the valve; a fixed contact point to be fixed on a valve support casing; a drive contact point to be contacted on the fixed contact point and to contact a circuit of the alarm lamp.
