PURPOSE: An insulation structure of a linear motor is provided to interpose insulators on coil winding grooves at a time. CONSTITUTION: Insulators(10) are closely attached to an inner peripheral surface of a coil winding groove(2a) which has an U-shape with a narrower entrance. A coil is wound on the oil winding groove(2a) many times. The insulators(10) are made of an elastic material, such that an intermediate part of the insulators is folded until the intermediate part is narrower than the entrance of the coil winding groove(2a), and then returns to its original shape when it completes its insertion and at the same time closely attached to the coil winding groove(2a).
