PURPOSE: A cellulose aqueous solution and a cellulose fiber thereof are provided, which is characterized by having antibiosis and fire retardancy, and being possible to prepare a fiber, a film or a sponge having antibiosis and fire retardancy. CONSTITUTION: The cellulose aqueous solution is obtained by adding chitosan, chitosan derivative or a mixture thereof to cellulose, a cellulose derivative or a mixture thereof, or adding alginic acid, an alginic acid derivative or a mixture thereof to the cellulose, the cellulose derivative or the mixture thereof. The cellulose aqueous solution contains 0.01-5wt.% of sodium hydroxide. The cellulose fiber is obtained by extruding and spinning the cellulose aqueous solution.
