Composition in the form of a suitable emulsion for the treatment of plantar hyperhidrosis and/or bromhidrosis. The composition, in the form of an emulsion of the oil-in- water (O/W) or water-in-oil (W/O) type, comprises an oily phase which contains zinc oxide (2-6%) and an aqueous phase which contains hexamethylenetetramine or the derivatives thereof (2-6%) and is suitable for the manufacture of cosmetic or pharmaceutical products intended for the treatment of plantar hyperhidrosis and/or bromhidrosis.
