PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking device capable of providing caulking with sufficient mechanical strength for a coupling piece. SOLUTION: This caulking device comprises a caulking upper die 1 moving up and down, a caulking lower die 2 positioned below and facing the upper die, a driving mechanism 4 for hoisting and lowering the caulking upper die 1 in an oscillating manner, and air injection means 5 disposed on the caulking lower die 2 to rotate an uncaulked assembly F1 for a suction fan on the caulking lower die 2. Each of the caulking upper die 1 and the caulking lower die 2 include a pressure caulking portion respectively comprising a plurality of small projections that project uniformly. Coupling pieces projected from the front and the rear plates of the uncaulked assembly F1 rotated by the air injection means 5 is provided with necessary and uniform caulking without excessive stress by means of an oscillating caulking action of a plurality of small projections.
