A garden hose is held by a sprinkler (1-5). The sprinkler discharges and directs the hose in any required direction and can move through 360 degrees in elevation and azimuth. The hose fixture consists of a base section, two cone-shaped holders, a ring-spring-pin (screw) combination, and a spring clip. One of the cone-shaped holders moves in elevation, and the other in azimuth.
