PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-staged parking facility operable even in a place without any electric power source by using an engine of an automobile for the power source, and capable of easily and safely elevating/lowering a heavy vehicle such as a large automobile. SOLUTION: In a two-staged parking facility, guide posts 2 are erected at the positions of four suspension brackets 1a in the longitudinal and right-to-left directions of a pallet 1 to load an automobile, a chain block 3 is suspended from an upper end part of the guide posts 2 to suspend the brackets 1a of the pallet 1, a winding roller is fitted and fixed to both end parts of a drive shaft 4 and a driven shaft 5 provided at two parts of a lower part of an upper surface of the pallet 1 rotatable at the same speed, and a manual chain 15 of the chain block 3 is wound up, a drive roller 9 is fitted and fixed to the drive shaft 4 to drive it by driving wheels of the automobile to elevated/lower the pallet 1.
