PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely stick a baseplate to a concrete structure by providing the baseplate having a local notch at least at a part of the side face of the base and positioning parallelly to an adjacent base plate so as to face mutual notches. SOLUTION: A base plate 1 has a base part 2 and a comb-teeth part 3 and adjacent base plates are parallelly arranged so that notches 7 face each other. A fitting bolt 6 is inserted in a bolt hole 4 and the base plate is fixed to a concrete structure 5 by the fitting bolt 6. In this way, an observation port 8 having a shape widened from the front face to the rear is formed between the side faces of the counterposed base part 2 of the base plate 1. Accordingly, concrete can be securely filled under the base plate by peeping into the under part of the base plate from the observation port formed by counterposing mutual notches and hence, the base plate can be closely stuck to the concrete structure.
