PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinter alloy having excellent heat resistance and abrasion resistance as well as excellent corrosion resistance to salt damages generated in a cold district and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a sinter alloy having a whole composition consisting of, by mass ratio, Cr:32.4 to 48.4%, Mo:2.9 to 10.0%, Si:0.9 to 2.9%, P:0.3 to 1.8%, C:0.7 to 3.9% and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and carbide dispersed in a matrix with density ratio of 90% or more. There is provided a sinter alloy where the carbide is dispersed at 30 to 70% by area ratio in a part excluding air holes of the metal structure and dispersed with consecutively connecting status as well as segmented a plurality of parts while surrounding a part of the matrix.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
