PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor luminescent EL lamp having amenity in addition to excellent visibility, as for a distributed EL used for a back light in an LCD for various electronic apparatuses. SOLUTION: Plural luminescent layers 19, 22,... are formed by successively superimposing a set of a translucent electrode layer 18 and a luminescent layer 19 to be distributed with particulate phosphors on a transparent resin film 1, and letters and the like can be displayed in plural colors by one distributed EL lamp 8 by dividing either one or plural layers of these luminescent layers into plural luminescent colors 19A, 19B, etc., in each single luminescent layer.
